works best in cradles

has just completed a four week trip and the coaster arrived just in time to take it with us. Really makes it easier to collaborate with drivers when you can safely see or use your phone right next to you. There are no complaints about this product. The bottom handle in the mount can loosen a little every 1000 miles or so, but you just screw it back in. I would buy again.

Does its job well! best in Cradles

Very happy with the durability and ease of use. The assembly is very simple. I have an iphone 12 pro max. It's a bigger/heavier phone and the gooseneck keeps the phone in place. There is no unexpected bending or sagging. Extensions that hold the phone holder in the cup holder also work really well. Nothing rattles and the price is reasonable. Definitely recommend!

Easy to install and use

If you have an older car with a cup holder in the center console this is a great deal. It is larger than the regular ones that are below the knees. If you're running a voice command program, it doesn't matter. If you're stuck with a touchscreen, they come in handy. If you don't connect your phone to the car, but put it on speaker and voice, you can bypass the car's system and listen to the radio.

Excellent customer service! Broke after three months! You sent a replacement part.

The product worked fine for three months until the nut holding the phone broke. I would easily give this four or five stars if there was a way to replace the locknut, but I can't find a way to contact support. UPDATE I was able to contact them through my review and they fixed the issue quickly. . I really like using it in my car. The only possible improvement I could think of would be if it had magnetic charging but was close enough to the USB socket that it could be plugged in without the…

Pleasantly surprised!

Our Ford Transit Van has more cup holders than we need and now we use two of them with this phone holder. For the price I was expecting a thin but serviceable phone holder. Instead, this phone holder is durable, well-designed, and versatile. It can also be mounted on the air vent, but in our van we opt for a cup holder. I like how it can be adjusted to the cup holder.
