Nice shoe phone holder that can be used vertically or horizontally that was the reason I bought this one. beautifully built from aluminum. excellent work!

Robust all-metal construction. I wish it could be mounted on my camera

Solid all metal construction. I wish it could be installed on my camera. Thought it would come with a hot shoe mount. this. Installing this on my SLR so I can mount my phone to the camera. it is not. We have to invent an adapter.

The brilliant design allows for even lighter coverage.

Well built and easy to use, no fiddly screws or locks - everything works live and great. But the best part is that you can remove the phone holder from the base as the holder also has an Arca-Swiss mount which is great! I now have a very compact 1.7 ounce mount and when used with the Arca-Swiss clamp on the ball head it provides all the movement I need. On the v2, a slight bevel at the top would have made it easier to pinch and release the phone.

Buy this one for photo and video accessories

I've tried several phone holders and this is the best so far. I use it with the SIRUI Carbon Fiber Travel 5C tripod to take group photos of my family. We keep it in our car when we travel. The pair is light enough to carry on your shoulder for short hikes (a tripod is included in the bag). The hinge allows switching from portrait to landscape mode without a handle. It's stiff enough to hold its position but loose enough to flip over without much effort. This is where many competitors fail. Theโ€ฆ
