**UPDATE** The company has contacted me and offered to refund or replace the product. Honestly I've never had a company like this before so I'm impressed. So for me the customer service is top notch. The unit's cup holder and mount work fine, but the top, where the pop socket is supposed to go, is so cheap that the side separates completely from the bottom. Great if you have a slick cup holder; This won't work if you have grooves on the inside of the cup holder to keep the cups straight. The mount itself is too small and the tabs they give you for a snug fit don't work well with this type of mount. It should be pretty solid because the gooseneck is big and the pop jack holds the phone up a bit; it will tip over if not fully secured.

This seller is very helpful and very quick to answer questions and clarify information. Since there were no instructions and I have never used this type of product, I had a problem with the details. I asked the seller a question and their response was quick, detailed and included a video that fully explained what I needed in the first two steps. As long as it fits perfectly in the cup holder. Components work as stated; Didn't check the adhesive strips. Customer service was excellent and agreed to replace the mount for free if I lost it on a trip. The car mount, while understandable, is of dubious security as it requires looking down, i.e. away from the windscreen/road. I found it more useful to mount an iPhone with a popsocket on a perforated plate as shown in the picture.
