I particularly like the deep, rich color of these lamps. I've had others that were more pink but this is a nice true red and looks great on my white wood.

There is light but there were about 10 bulbs in one of the filaments and they didn't light up. I had to fix myself to get them working. I wasn't too happy to spend my time fixing them as they should be new and working.

Color is ok but not sure why I was warned not to touch the strings directly as there is lead exposure. I ended up not being able to use them as intended because I didn't want anyone accidentally touching them. You're working on a ledge if you can reach it.

I bought these for my sister for Christmas because she was upset that she couldn't put up her white Christmas tree because she looked everywhere and couldn't find any red bulbs. I bought her for Christmas and really thought she would cry because now she could put up her white tree.

I originally bought these for my patio but ended up using them indoors. If you are using them for garland and not wood I would recommend checking the length of the lamps you need before purchasing. Too much spacing between the lights when you connect them to the next set. It does not look good. The lights have been on for 5 minutes and are already hot to the touch. Glad to start with this one. We bought them to extend the life of our Christmas tree by decorating it for the holidays. Used them on our Valentine's inspired tree for about 5 weeks and usually turn on the tree after work to lift the spirits around our house during these trying times.
