The one that was delivered was damaged because the top round ball was broken. I fixed it myself but am reluctant to open it with this design flaw. I probably should have returned it or exchanged it, but so far so good. I like the design of the product and the price.

Immediately after receiving this product when trying to remove the lid the ball/handle came off the lid completely. When I tried to remove the cover with my hands, I found that it was so tight that it took several minutes to remove. I will be returning this product because no one wants to struggle every time they need a cotton swab.

The product works for what I need it for - not much but it's not necessary. Some of the comments I read said they didn't like that the lid just sits on top and doesn't close. This is not a problem for me. I only care that the lid keeps dust and dirt out, I don't play with it so the lid doesn't need to close tightly. Great product at a great price and fast shipping.

The container is well made. When mine arrived the lid was missing. Instead of contacting Revain I saw a link to contact the seller so I clicked the link and called. To my amazement, a living person answered the first call. She was very sweet and knowledgeable. She sent me a brand new complete item with a lid that arrived in about a day. I will work with this company again. Highly recommended.

One had a short segment of the bottom edge broken off, and the other had the round ball ripped off at the top when I first lifted the lid.
