Diablo Rojo suitable for display and signage

Tonight we're drinking a set of Diablo Rojo from Vintner's Reserve which we bottled in May 2015. Not only is this the best wine we've made, it's also the best I've tasted.

Pros
  • Full set
Cons
  • Fading

An ideal semi-sweet wine.

I've been making wine with this set for over seven years now because when I tasted the first batch I thought 'this is how the wine should taste'. I like an 'almost' sweet wine with lots of fruit and a Aftertaste that lasts for a long time. A trusted friend described our Diablo Rojo as having a "long tongue". How can you do THAT wrong? I take it a step further by soaking oak shavings in vodka and adding them in step 3. I'll buy Vintner's Reserve Diablo Rojo while you and I are still alive and…

Pros
  • Displayware
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

It depends on what flavors you like.

Not bad. Not my favorite but it depends on what flavors you like. They add sweeteners (sweeteners included) at the end of the fermentation as directed to make it sweet. It has a lot of flavor. It finished well in about 1 - 1 1/2 months in the bottle. I guess I just prefer unsweetened Merlot or Malbec. I think it's the red wine version of the fruity white wine. It's probably great if you like that. I just expected something different. Finely fermented. Vintner's Reserve has excellent wines.

Pros
  • Industry and Science
Cons
  • Damaged

That's pretty sweet for red wine. Ready to use at the same time as white. Will appeal to both red and white wine lovers. I really like this wine and I would give it 5 stars just for the wine but to get your attention I only gave it 1 for the following reason: I have no idea what grapes are, I have an email to Sent WineExperts to inquire about wine. (Origin, types etc.) were not communicated to me. Apparently this is a trade secret. Pssst, don't tell anyone. Just because they didn't tell me…

Pros
  • Dishes and signs
Cons
  • Very expensive
