I've been making wine with this set for over seven years now because when I tasted the first batch I thought 'this is how the wine should taste'. I like an 'almost' sweet wine with lots of fruit and a Aftertaste that lasts for a long time. A trusted friend described our Diablo Rojo as having a "long tongue". How can you do THAT wrong? I take it a step further by soaking oak shavings in vodka and adding them in step 3. I'll buy Vintner's Reserve Diablo Rojo while you and I are still alive and making wine.
