I purchased this hat for outdoor climbing and was incredibly disappointed with its discomfort. The ear flaps are too tight and press against my ears, causing discomfort and making it difficult to hear my climbing partner. The one positive aspect is the hat's durability and quality materials. Overall, I do not recommend this product for any sports and outdoors activities, especially climbing.

Great hat but crumpled. The area above the beak is wrinkled and doesn't look very good. I returned it and ordered another one. We'll see if this hat arrives in good condition. Update - I really like this hat but the second hat came crushed too. Seller - Email me through Revain. I would like to ship the third hat in a BOX, not crushed in the bag

It looks like a nice hat. My Brain Bucket is just too big at 59 cm. My ears keep it on my head. I agree, I don't like tight-fitting hats. Surprisingly, it fits perfectly with the ear cups! The fleece lining is very comfortable. As far as I can tell, the flaps cover the ears completely without the draft in the front that some of these hats have; I have to wait for the cold winter winds to blow to write my final report.
