Not what I expected, should have paid attention to the reviews. This is a decorative item, nothing to hang a wet towel on. Mine came bent too. Luckily it wasn't that bad. I fixed it. It's not perfect, but I redesigned it to display dried flowers. I can't recommend it as a towel warmer. It's cute as a decoration.

I really like this product. It's a good size in terms of counter space and the towel rail itself. It was easy to install and came with all the necessary parts. The only thing I would have liked differently is the feeling of being more firmly attached to the wall. It feels sturdy but not as durable as other items I've purchased recently. I'm still satisfied! Beautiful and functional, it can support the weight of a large towel. I'm sure it will be helpful.

I only gave 1 star because of the workmanship. In the packaging it is very cute, when you look at it, it looks great. I finally finished my bathroom and wanted to put it in. This is nothing straight, poor quality stitching, scalloped edges, whatever. It does not stand directly against the wall, if you mount it in such a way that the basket is straight and nothing slips to the side, then the towel radiator will be crooked and vice versa.
