Mine came second hand. The packaging around the device was torn open and resealed. No instructions, cut marks on bottom and back. The remote also looked worn and some of the buttons didn't work. I regret this experience, I was really looking forward to it.

You don't like this product, but you can't return it. Over $399 wasted. Used it for 10 minutes and found the pressure was too much and the neck massage was rubbing my head. Too short for this model. Should have gotten another one before buying or tried on in store. Don't buy online. Try before you buy!

I love this massager. It does an excellent job on the neck and trapezium, and the combined punching and kneading massage is back heaven, not a meat tenderizer like many cheap massage pads.
