I am so impressed with them and loving them on our runway! I was afraid the candles would flicker incorrectly, but not at all. The flickering is very subtle and looks like a real candle.

I wish I could tell you how nice they looked but my neighbor lined our walk with plastic milk bags and pulled them out before I introduced my new and much more attractive lamps. . But you have to love good neighbors. Maybe I'll use them next year. I installed them in my windows and they shone brightly.

An additional effect is the flickering of tea lights, which increases the effect. They are definitely bright enough and look good. I plan to use them many times. Good quality could be a bit more durable but I will use them a few times anyway. When it rains, you are not alone. You did exactly what I wanted.

I will be using this product for the first time on Christmas Eve but I put everything together to see what it would look like. At the bottom of the bags I placed a piece of 2 x 4 to hold them in the wind and at the top I placed a "flickering" candle. It looks like a candle is burning in the pocket and it should look really nice at night. Very happy with the purchase.

I liked the candles. The bags were so thin that they withered and warped within minutes on a dry, clear night. I was unable to use this product which is a shame as it is a special holiday tradition for my father who is currently fighting for his life in hospital. I also sent this product to my family members so we could all continue my father's special tradition, but I was disappointed. We have been using it for several years and there is a problem associated with the slightest bad weather. This is partly due to the paper bag's beautiful perforation, which adds an inherent weakness to maintaining its fully open shape. This Christmas we had a light fog and a light wind. The two teamed up to destroy the bags in the first hour of the demonstration. While the bags are supposedly waxed to prevent collapsing, they should be very lightly waxed, and making them stiffer helps (IMO)…
