Reviews are a bit mixed. I suspect those who claim the chair isn't strong didn't assemble and tighten it properly. I just love these chairs and assembled them myself. It took me about 2 hours to make two chairs.

Nice and comfortable but cheaply made. The legs on one were not assembled correctly as the holes were not drilled correctly. We used it for a while but eventually it broke. I ordered another set to replace and the legs are a different color so now I have mismatched chairs.

These chairs are quite good in this price range. In fact, I was pleasantly surprised that they were all made of wood, with no chipboard. I bought them to ride in our RV. I would have given 5 stars if I hadn't stumbled across the large cleavage you see in one of my photos. I'm not sure if it goes through the wood because the fabric is on the other side. There is another small crack where they inserted a screw, but that's not a big concern. I will try to contact the company to discuss this issue.

I chose Homepop Parsons to have a variety of patterns in similar frames. They require moderate assembly, two parts and two loose legs. The hardest part was aligning the screws at slightly awkward angles to work with. The finished product has a very comfortable fit and feels more luxurious than its price tag.
