Website doesn't show bottom legs connecting to X-post As if all legs are one piece. I had to use a mallard to set it in place to screw the legs to the X-leg. However, there is a gap between each leg and the X-leg. After assembly, it is beautiful and durable. It worries me that the legs don't fit together perfectly.

I love stools. They came in gold but I spray painted them a shiny chrome color. The material is very soft and gets dirty easily. I would suggest buying a home depot or lowes protectant spray to keep them from getting dirty. UPDATE: March 25, 2021 Bought 2 more for a spare bedroom. I sprayed them on my feet. If I want to give them gold back, I just spray them.

The top of this ottoman is beautiful and has enough space. The legs and frame appear to have been made at five different factories. Nothing fits perfectly as you can see in my photos. We had to pull the legs quite hard to align the screw holes. Some things are not worth returning. I hope the welds hold up given the effort we had to put in compared to the small welds holding the frame together. Get a protection plan.

The perfect bench. Exactly what I needed. If this is the size you are looking for, buy it. The cushion is very soft and the bench is very easy to assemble. It took maybe 5 minutes. Whoever said it was difficult to assemble or the legs were misaligned had no idea what they were doing.
