A good apron is best for safety

Bought this for my son who works in manufacturing. He wears an apron to protect his clothes from water-based glue. This is ideal because once the glue has dried you can easily peel it off. He wears it for 10-hour shifts, five to six days a week, and after a few months it still looks and works well, he says. Usually by this point the apron he was wearing had already fallen apart. So I'm sure it will protect well in other similar water based products. Highly recommended.

Avoid aprons with pockets as water will get through :/

I bought this apron to keep my clothes from getting wet washing the dishes - I always do. I thought it would be nice to have an apron with pockets if I ever want to use an apron while cooking. It turned out that I had to go with an apron without a pocket. Water seeps through the seams of one of the pockets, making my clothes damp. However, it doesn't make me super wet, but it's a bit annoying since it's supposed to be waterproof. I really like it, and I'll just do more thorough dishes and…

Worthy for the price. Protection from anything corrosive I wouldn't trust

To be honest I'm really surprised how good it looks at such a low price. It definitely smells like rubber, but hopefully that will go away with time. I bought this for a Dexter costume so it's not really being tested other than not being able to pour a beer down my pants this Halloween. I don't know how it will stand up to harsh chemicals or heat, but it's definitely capable of repelling small amounts of water. It looks good and would definitely work for a kitchen splashback or something. If…
