When I ordered a tie clip, I sort of ordered a small tie clip that was only meant for skinny ties. When I received the product I gave a mediocre review as the connecting rod was good but too small. A cheap piece of aluminium, has a satin/matte finish. Clip too tight for regular ties, if you manage to move it the clip curves out of shape too loose. waste of money.

Love My Honey Bear Ties. wear them to work every day. REMEMBER. It's not a tie clip, it's a tie pin. Much more complex and high quality design. You don't have to rely on a spring to hold your tie. Do yourself a favor and get a pole, not a clamp.

The tie clip is beautiful and elegant. Be aware there is only ONE in the package, not two. The picture was deceiving so I thought it was 2. I still keep it because I like it.

Beautiful tie clip. Love how flimsy it looks compared to the spring and clasp tie clips. However, on the FIRST DAY I lost my tie pin when it fell off my tie. I repeat, DAY ONE. A week later I discovered it had fallen from my tie into my briefcase (unbelievable luck). Since then I've been wearing it every day with no problems (2 weeks). The fact that I thought I lost it on day one makes this form of tie clip riskier than versions that use a spring clasp to hold it in place, in my opinion…

I love the look of this tie clip and it goes perfectly with my outfit, but I can't give a perfect rating for the workmanship. The clip itself is smooth on the inside and therefore has no grip. This wouldn't be a problem if the clip actually clicked, but steel doesn't spring back. Over time, the gap between the bar and the clip will begin to open and the tie clip will sag, slip and possibly be lost. I noticed it in the early evening and was able to bend it again, but I doubt I'll be wearing it…
