HEPA filters smell good for HEPA air purifier

I didn't notice an unpleasant chemical smell from the first set of HEPA filters, so the unit has worked well for a year. When we received the replacement HEPA filter set, there was a chemical smell that we couldn't stand. I have contacted Honeywell customer service. I was told a few months ago that there was a bad batch of filters. They let me ship the faulty filters back (at their expense) and sent me a replacement set. The new set stinks too. I found online that this is a common problem…

Buy a pre-cut pre-filter for your old HPA 100 200 and 300 Honeywell Air Purifier

on a Honeywell HPA100, 200 or 300 Air Purifier. When you actually order them they are not pre-cut so everyone doesn't like them measure and cut yourself. I worked very hard to find them precut. You can purchase them from Revain. Just enter advanced VEVA filters. You are looking at a pre-cut pre-filter for your Honeywell HPA 100. The same pre-filter will also fit the 200 and 300 series. And Honeywell doesn't make pre-filters for the HPA 100, 200 and 300 series. Still buy a replacement Honeywell…
