Works as it should.

As other reviews say, it's a bit stiff to start with (so she said). The length corresponds to the original. My hose was pinched and I needed to be replaced.

Pros
  • Accessibility
Cons
  • too blunt

Perfect Hoover Tempo replacement hose

Perfect replacement hose for my Hoover Tempo. The holes in our original hose were kindly thanks to our dog protecting us from a murderous vacuum cleaner.

Pros
  • New to my collection
Cons
  • Makes me nervous

Definitely not at the quality level of the original

Needed to attach the hose to the wind tunnel post with a hole. Attaches to fittings but will not stretch or shrink. Doesn't hang on the bracket behind the vacuum cleaner.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Definitely bad product

Not suitable for Hoover canister vacuums.

Doesn't fit Hoover. Most of the parts needed to repair the Hoover are no longer manufactured. Don't waste your money on a Hoover vacuum cleaner. After 2 years throw it in the trash.

Pros
  • Like everything before
Cons
  • Disappears

This hose did not fit well in my Hoover self-propelled wind tunnel

discarded This hose is about 2 inches longer and does not fit properly where the hose goes through the bracket. Also, and more importantly, this hose is very stiff and when I use it with attachments it twists off the base where it locks onto the vacuum requiring me to reattach it almost every time I use the attachment use or move the hose in a specific way. I'm sending it back!

Pros
  • bagged Brilliant Made

Longer reach than the original sweeper hose required

This hose is decently made but not very long, around 4ft. it does not stretch very easily but does when fitted to and with the original hose it is enough that the woman can now sweep the top of the curtains herself and I don't have to lift the brush in the air. ----You will need a little work to attach or insert the new hose to stay connected with the other hose. There is a slight bulge on the side of the hose (like the original hose) to keep it attached to the sweeper. I'm talking about an…

Pros
  • Delivery was very quick
Cons
  • Minor issues

Not very long and needs to be adjusted

I bought this to vacuum ladders without dropping the rack as the built in hose is never long enough. First, the hose isn't very long and is REALLY stiff (unlike the hose on the stand which is very stretchy) so it doesn't offer much stretch. Second, this is the third hose I've bought for my vacuum that has annoying little knobs on the male end. which prevent it from being inserted into the female end of the hose. I got tired of searching so I just used wire cutters and a pocket knife to cut the…

Pros
  • There's something to it
Cons
  • Weight
