Description of Horizon Gunmetal Ultralight Black Strap Outdoor Recreation in Outdoor Clothing

Double Ring closure. The sliding belt for men and women with no holes, complicated ratcheting belt systems, or excess bulk. Our buckles and straps are completely interchangeable, so get creative with your style! Use it outdoors when fishing, in a business casual setting, as a golf belt, or anything in-between. We add 6-8 inches to each belt to account for adjustment, so simply order your waist size. Our Ultralight Series buckles weigh only 12 grams, half the weight of our Classic Series buckles. We designed the Ultralight Series to bridge the gap between modern design and outdoor functionality. All GRIP6 nylon belts are 100% Made In The USA from locally sourced materials and backed by our signature Unlimited Lifetime Guarantee (we will replace or refund your belt at any time for any reason, just contact us). With our patented friction lock, you can confidently say goodbye to belt holes and d ring belts. Have peace of mind that your new adjustable belt will stay tight all day and will never let you (or your pants) down. Our military web belt is made with nylon that has a breaking strength of over 2,500 pounds. Our buckles are made from space grade aluminum. This truly is the last belt you will ever buy. The weave of a webbing belt is critical to its function and durability. We are constantly testing our webbing designs to come up with solutions to common belt problems like deformation, warp, abrasion resistance, and stiffness. A good belt strap will solve these problems within the weave rather than resorting to chemical stiffening agents. We have designed and constructed multiple testing machines in order to develop our 30 year wear standard for our belts. A casual nylon woven fabric belt designed for comfort and style; your GRIP6 can be used as a tactical belt, edc belt, hiking belt, golfing belt, ski belt, casual belt, or in any other setting. This truly is the last belt you will ever buy. Our straps and buckles are fully interchangeable, which means two belts actually give you four different belt/strap combinations.

Why so expensive?: Accessories

1st - I love this belt, it's very light, holds securely, is relatively easy to put on and take off and seems comfortable to wear 2nd - It really feels WAY overpriced to his price. What is it. simple solid buckle and nylon. I think that at some point someone will offer something similar, but only for a few dollars.

hard to grip

The GRIP6 belt is well made and lightweight. But I had a really hard time getting a really tight fit because the extra strap goes behind the buckle and through the loops. At some point it will be too hard to pull. He seems to be holding his grip, but it's almost impossible for me to get a grip tight enough.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Not bad

Not a fan of the buckle but the concept is great!

I already have a black webbing with a metal buckle and I love it! The coffee colored belt and matching buckle are very nice to look at, but the open design of the buckle makes it difficult for me to put the belt on and off. I also need to make sure I'm inserting the belt into the correct slot. So, I wear it, but I'm not a fan of that particular buckle. The color was good!

Great outdoor belt

I bought this belt for hiking. I needed something that would lay flat on the buckle under my backpack's hip belt. I used it for a 12 day 70 mile hike in New Mexico. The strap performed better than expected. I wasn't sure about the strap's retention as the buckle system was very different than what I'm used to, but it stayed in place and didn't slip. This belt is no longer just a touring belt, but one of my indispensable everyday belts. Will order other colors soon!

Fantastic minimalist belt

This belt is perfect. I was looking for a flat everyday belt for golfing and just wanted a more casual belt. I can't use regular straps as I'm always between the holes. This belt has none of that, just a piece of nylon and a buckle. Very easy to use, seems fairly durable and sweat resistant as I've golfed in it in 90+ degrees with no problems. I ordered a 34" as I'm a 33" and you can just trim off the excess. Overall this is a great low profile belt with many uses, I can use it for walking or…

The ad isn't complete nonsense

I was concerned about the ability of this belt to stay in place before I received it, visually it didn't look very secure. But the grip (no pun intended) is actually pretty solid considering there's no locking or serrations. It lies flat, but I'd recommend not going a size larger than you absolutely need because when tightening it can be difficult to slide the tip of the strap under the overlap if you have too much left over. if it makes sense And yes, it does lie flat, but I don't think the…

If you can peel a banana, you can use this belt

If you are looking for a lightweight, comfortable belt that you can rely on, try this belt. Belt. But I did, and now that I've been using it every day since I've had it, I'm amazed that no one has been able to figure out how to use it. Yes, it is slightly different from the standard harness and it will only take you 5 seconds to figure it out if you don't read the instructions. If you read the instructions, it won't take you long to figure it out. Having said that, I really like how light this…

Well designed but can get expensive

I like the belt because it doesn't have a traditional buckle and it's made of thick material and durable metal. The material also slides easily through my loops, which doesn't happen with my other fabric bands. I can say that some thought went into its design. The best part is that you can adjust it to fit any move you like and the tail doesn't dangle! You can easily swap out the buckle or strap, so mix and match if you have more than one. I did protest the price a bit as they are quite…
