Description of ๐Ÿ๏ธ HOR-0551228 Hornig Motorcycle Handlebar Bag - Ideal for R1200GS, F800GS, F700GS, and other Models

Small, smart bag for the double-butted handlebars on most Dual Sport Bikes. The bag is secured with two elastic straps and three Velcro straps. This will let you keep small items within a hands reach. Dimensions (L x W x H): 5 x 36 x 8 cm / 2 x 14 x 3 inches.

Nice comfort at an affordable price.

Ordered for my Moto Guzzi 1400 California Touring. An OEM handlebar bag costs around $150, so it's definitely a much cheaper solution. It has three velcro loops that attach to the handlebars and two rubber straps that attach to the brake lever, mirror, etc. I would buy it again.

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Not automatic

Works better with more vertical staves

This could potentially block your sensors if your staves are in front of them. Possibly ignition. If you have low bars this will not work. Maybe on more vertical bars, like 3 inches. It has a lot of space. More than enough for a phone, wallet, keys, mask, snacks and maybe a small water bottle.

Pros
  • Lots of extras
Cons
  • Updates

Ideal for quick access to the essentials

I've had this handy bag for a few months, so far it seems to be of good quality but time will tell on everything else. Great little bag for storing essentials: lip balm, USB cable, first aid kit etc. I only wish the elastic straps also had velcro for quicker removal when washing the bike, plus it has served me well

Pros
  • Impressive
Cons
  • The list is getting long.

A small quality bag of large size for things.

Good construction, good size, fits on handlebars between grips and stays stable. Big enough for a spare goggle case, charging cable, helmet lock, gloves etc. It fits perfectly on my Honda Africa Twin Adventure DCT. Steering wheel. I highly recommend this bag if you need space for your little things. Little things that you usually pack in a tank bag

Pros
  • Easy to use

Works great with some mods

My BMW K1600B has unique crossbar handlebars (similar to off road bikes) and such that I can't add a tank bag so I needed a very thin, wide and several ones deep handlebar bag like this one. The size of this bag was perfect but I had to move the velcro to fit my bag so I used my sewing skills to make it and it worked perfectly. I also added flexible plastic stiffeners that I made myself to give the bag some structure. Now I have a place for my wallet, phone or garage door opener. It fits in aโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

I really like this bag

I really like this bag. I needed a small bag on my bike to 1> hold my government ID for base access, 2> hold small road snacks on vacation trips, 3> hold my ultra thin/light bike case, and it does all three . It takes a bit of fiddling to get it in place and I wish there was a better connection configuration for the elastic piece, but once it's in place you're done. To get 5 stars it needs a small velcro loop to attach it to the elastic for really versatile use and it will be a littleโ€ฆ
