Worked for my needs.

Needed for my JHS spring reservoir reverb pedal that has a TRS output jack to add other pedals to control the reverb signal. It worked great and wasn't expensive.

Pros
  • Highly rated by testers for support and durability
Cons
  • Worries me

to run a pedal chain

Bought one of these straight plug cables to run a pedal chain from the effects loop of a DI box. This version with rectangular end caps allows me to fit things a bit tighter.

  • Complete set

DOD Rubberneck FX Loop

I'm using an MXR Phase 95 to trigger the DOD Rubberneck Effects Send. It's well made and does what it's supposed to. The clearly marked sides of the ring/tip are very helpful so you don't have to guess which side is which.

Pros
  • Lots of positive vibes
Cons
  • I have some doubts

Reliable and economical

Works well as a spacer for my Roland RMP-5 V-Drum Rhythm Coach between a Roland KD-7 kick drum trigger and a Roland CY-5 cymbal trigger. Turns my self-contained handheld practice set into a small, portable 3-piece practice drum set for small rehearsals and low-volume performances. Still works perfectly after 6-7 years.

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Definitely bad product

Perfect fit for Line 6 HX Stomp

I needed a cable to split the L/R FX loop send on Line 6 HX Stomp and it was perfect for my needs. I needed right angle jacks to connect to other pedals on my board. Hosa always offers quality cables at an affordable price. I've rarely had any problems with their cables over the years.

Pros
  • As everything before
Cons
  • Negative impression

Crap product and customer service

One of the quarter inch plugs was grounded so I tried returning the cord. I went to UPS and was told the return would cost $5.00 considering it was $7.70 in the first place, after delivery I would only get $2.70. What a deal, thanks guys. I think I'm holding a crappy cable.

Pros
  • Fair price
Cons
  • Not bad

The color coding of the TS plugs was wrong.

Works well but the color coding on the dual 1/4" TS tips was opposite of the pattern on the back of the packaging. The ferrule end/(SEND) is black on the packaging diagram and the ring end/ (return) shown in red when it was actually reversed Luckily they also attach white heat shrink tubing to each connector which was correctly labeled "ring" and "tip" When using this cable to connect effects pedals to my LR Baggs Para Acoustic DI it cuts all signals when I connect the Dual TS jacks according…

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Not sure
