Description of HostBridge

Founded in 2000, HostBridge Technology is a privately-held enterprise software company that provides CICS integration, orchestration, modernization, and analytic software and services. HostBridge customers are members of the Global 1000 whose core business applications run on IBM mainframes. The company has concentrations of customers in Finance, Insurance, Manufacturing, and the Public Sector. The company's flagship solution is the HostBridge JavaScript Engine (HB.js), a mainframe JavaScript engine that runs within CICS. It enables the creation of API and automation scripts that let web, mobile, cloud or RPA bots integrate with legacy CICS applications without screen scraping. Application developers and architects can use HB.js-created APIs to invoke a series of mainframe, CICS transactions. This API can then be called via HTTP from any off-the-mainframe application or RPA bot as a RESTful service. The value of integrations created with HB.js include superior performance of integrations, ease of development and deployment of integration scripts and RESTful services, and low cost to build and maintain mainframe integrations. Host Bridge is user friendly option that's open source

I like how easy it can be to use this platform for different types of transactions including credit card processing as well as ACH payments which many companies do not support anymore! There isn't much to dislike about host bridge other than they could have made their products more intuitive so you don’t need an IT person or consultant just someone with basic computer knowledge would get things up and running.   • Easy access, once set up is done all that's needed from there are customers who want/need assistance setting something else in place.
  • No technical experience required when using customer service team
  • Very simple setup process takes minutes.

Very good tool in getting issues fixed and solved

I like how easy it was to learn once you have an understanding for what's going with your code/systems - It does things very well! Easy troubleshooting when something goes wrong (even though there could be more advanced settings). You can use this along side other tools out their as far as VBA coding too if needed but not necessary at all times so no complaints here really just trying different options until one seems "best".   • The abilityto add in multiple systems, networks within seconds easily into vba codes that are used across most computers is helpful because sometimes people will forget passwords.and also helps ease errors caused through computer mis use suchas accidental deletion / changes made while looking over them.Also makes easier repairs due o mistakes from previous issues causing trouble during program installs
