Excellent material good quality short and wide. Needed for a biker wedding so I took 1/2 on the sides. Size 8 fits my 6 year old grandson, he is skinny.

Bought a medium size for a 7 year old, skinny 50lbs and quite tall for his age. I wish it was an inch longer or labeled as a cropped vest but I disagree and the price was good for something he would only wear a couple of times.

Second attempt to buy this vest. Should have known better. It's definitely not the sizing. Too short. I got XL for my 8 year old. There will be a black t-shirt underneath, which helps but still disappoints.

I bought a vest for my 6 year old who wanted the same thing as me, the item was smaller than ordered (doesn't fit his plush bears!) Paid $35 for a vest that would have been cheaper assembling a bear. And the vest wasn't even the same as in the picture. Don't waste your time and money.

I bought this vest for my 8 year old nephew. I even ordered a size larger than I thought would fit him snugly because we all know how online shopping goes. Damn, I should have listened to the comments. The product is so small that my nephew will NEVER fit in it. Don't trust the size chart.
