This product can be very effective for certain skin conditions. It wasn't for me. It says it's effective for "red hot skin". It's something I get on my knees at times, and the aloe vera is soothing. When I saw that, I thought, hey, maybe this is even better. But the beeswax in the formula actually felt hotter than my knees used to. I got worse. This is the only product I have tried for my eczema. After a while even steroids almost don't help me anymore and I don't like long-term use of topical steroids. It relieves the dryness that was cracking my skin and after a few uses my skin is softer. It doesn't burn or stop itching immediately, and it's a bit oily.
