Well that was a failure. Firstly the view is amazing and the reason is one of the stars. Another asterisk is for the key assignment. Everything went wrong here. The joystick and throttle stick do not work even though the task has been completed. I have repeatedly adjusted axis control for both stick and throttle and although the system (DCS) has confirmed that it has been assigned it has not worked. A star loss. For PS4, this is probably a great joystick. The dead zone is solved by setting the front panel switch, etc. Even though I knew it wasn't ideal for a PC, I wanted to modify and improve it because its shape is really great. But on many PC flight sims, their force feedback doesn't work that way. To balance the plane you need the adjust trim button or the middle adjustment found on all force feedback joysticks. I have used joysticks since 1996 in various price ranges from $50 to $400. This joystick should cost half of what it is. Even then the quality should be better. I ordered two of these joysticks. The first had about 1/4 inch in the middle of the right joystick. Hoping this was a one-time defect, I ordered a replacement. However, when it arrived it had the same defect.
