Thin edge works best for cutlery and knife accessories

Great knife for cutting/chopping herbs, onions and anything soft. Takes a good edge. However, the edge of the blade is weak and cannot withstand harder materials. Unless you're serious about fixing all those little nicks on the blade, keep it away from big yams. Not all in one knife, but still fun to use for the right job.

Pros
  • Gyutou Knife
Cons
  • Not as thick as other knives
