This is a very bad basket. Used it for easy transfer of laundry in and out of the laundry, didn't last more than a couple of weeks, the support wires popped out and got tangled. had to fall.

I really like this basket, I was trying to find a shoe basket for our shoes. He's too small for that. But it can be used to store other things. Here is a picture of a basket with two pairs of shoes in it, as you can see there is a bit more room to maybe put another pair of shoes in, but that's about it. I like it. Used for other purposes!

The basket is a little smaller than I thought. It also came with a hard wire along the top that was bent into the wrong shape. It was a hard line getting back into shape and I never got it right. The wire on one end is shorter than the wire on the other end, so it will never be exactly square. It still holds up the comforters I bought it for so I gave it three stars but I wouldn't buy anything else and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The color in the photo is very inaccurate. The basket I received is very light brown with an even lighter brown stripe on the bottom as shown in my first photo. The light bar is not listed at all in the product description. The fabric it is made of is very thin, so thin that it is translucent. I placed the green ball behind the basket in the second photo and you can see it right through the material. The fabric does not stick to the frame. It just feels and looks artificial.

These baskets are great! I needed a place to keep my dog's toys where he could easily access them and this helped! I have two and they fit perfectly on the bottom shelf of my TV stand. Norman has lots of toys and two baskets are big enough to hold them all. They are very stylish with wooden handles and appear to be quite durable as well. Thankfully, Norman doesn't chew them at all, instead pulling them off the shelf with his teeth or paws, and I still haven't seen any damage from it.

Never thought they would last so well. When we were remodeling our entryway, I decided to buy containers to store the kids' shoes in. They were the right size to fit under the bench I had and I figured if I could get them for a year or two that would be great. It's been over six years now and the kids used to move them back and forth across the tiled floor several times a day to drop their shoes. I bought this basket because my 11 month old discovered the pleasure of filling the box and emptying toys. I had a wooden toy basket and shrapnel fell everywhere. I was looking for a basket that could serve as a decorative shoe box at the entrance to my home and I saw this product and read in one of the reviews that it is good for that purpose. However, it was still a gamble. I looked at the dimensions of the product (medium size) and thought it seemed small for my needs, but I decided to give it a try and I'm so happy I did. Review update. 7 years later update 09/17/2020. We liked the first one so much that I bought 7 more shortly after my first review. I still have 6 out of 8 and they are still AMAZING. 2 that I no longer have because they carried heavy things for too long and their handles broke.
