You get what you pay for. Don't expect this edge table to be anything other than artificial...like unaged wood or solid wood. Has a plastic cover. Other than that, it looks great... and really adds style to our living room. To be honest I'm not sure if it's worth what I paid for it but it will grace our living room while it lasts!

I assembled this table in a few minutes and it was easy enough to put together except one of the legs protrudes slightly from the crossbar. It doesn't sit flush with the table, causing the table to wobble and not level. I am very disappointed with this as it is not a cheap table and I would be in seventh heaven the way it looks if it weren't for a deformed limb. , the part isn't upside down, it just wasn't welded properly during production.
