🧺 Ultra Ironing Board Cover by Household Essentials with Iris Pattern Review

I bought this ironing board cover because I wanted the blue iris pattern to match my laundry. However, when it arrived it was nothing like the picture. It has several large yellow flowers, while all the flowers shown in the picture are blue. The padding itself is very thick and fits my standard sized board very well. Velcro straps are easy to use and keep it secure. I would be very happy with this as a cover if it looked like the picture without the YELLOW colors.

If you really have a 15x54 countertop then this cover probably won't fit. Sides/apron are NEVER closed! I'm waiting for it to just pop off completely because the velcro straps don't overlap more than 0.5 inches. The manufacturer needs to add another 2-4 inches of velcro. I decided to have a custom made cover for my antique ironing board to ensure full coverage as I just can't believe another listing that says the cover fits a 15x54 board to order again to determine that this is not the case…

That's all it says but the dimensions aren't very accurate. I only measured the top of the ironing board. I had to measure the side, top and bottom of the other side. It's a bit short. A little sewing and everything is fine. A small pouch for an aerosol can is constantly taped to the cord of my iron. Even if there is nothing in it. I just bought this and came down to write a review only to find that the price has come down by more than a third since I bought it! Well, I still love the pretty pattern, and it even comes with a little pouch to put the . Well I'm not sure what it's supposed to hold lol but it's there when you need it. I hate giving low reviews but this had to be it. I ordered the case expecting the beautiful blue color shown in the picture. The sample that arrived was yellow with a bluish tint. I don't like yellow so I asked for a replacement (everyone makes mistakes). The replacement was the same dirty yellow.
