Sorry, we missed the return deadline. This one was purchased for part-time office use. It's slow, freezes and never worked properly. The staff who used it didn't share how bad it was until it was too late to go back (our fault I know). Wouldn't buy again.

Okay. I don't think it's a touchscreen and I bought it for its beauty. I was fully aware of its specs before I bought it, but I'm still surprised when I turn it on and its processor is humming and slow like an 80's computer. Rschunimagu. This PC is certainly not designed for continuous use. Light home use is best recommended.

I only use it for the Microsoft Office suite and the web. It's slow as molasses and bubbles like a fish tank all day long. It freezes constantly and the screen goes black, green and some kind of psychedelic color, like under acid. Waste of teacher money

I might have gotten a lemon, but it's slower than the 6 year old Lenovo I was trying to replace with it. I don't need anything special - just the regular Internet and Word. But it can't even open my Gmail without many seconds of geriatric groaning. I gave it some time to see if it would at least open the sites I frequent and it did. but not much. Waiting for loading is excruciating. Unfortunately I have to shell out a few bucks more to get a 21st century computer.

I paid for a new computer and got what looks like a Walmart display model. When the computer and accessories were taken out of the box, the mown grass started snowing all over my office. There were scratches on the screen, keyboard and mouse. He was obviously in bad shape. It was dirty. I didn't want to plug it in and see what's on it. Called Amazon and arranged collection and replacement. On my last photo you can see that there shouldn't be a fellow human for this. Update: The replacement came
