I thought the wide screen would be cool but my wife and kids made me very tired when it arrived but after about a week we all got used to the monitor and I would say the whole family loves it! Great for the price! Easy to use and works great!

I have been happy with this monitor so far. The packaging was thoughtful and safe. The assembly instructions were clear. The clarity of the screen and the brightness of the colors justify the modest price. I would buy it again and wonder why I waited.

This display is easy to read and easy to set up for VGA. I'm giving four stars because the menu choices require some thought. Pressing the menu button gives you a choice, but you have to press other buttons to move the cursor up and down. I didn't have time to read the manual (on the CD that came with it) and it was late at night. But I adapted quickly. Good product and good price.

There are other technical reviews on this site but I will just say this monitor is awesome. It has a bright, sharp image that feels huge. The built-in speakers lack volume, but since I have my own speakers, that's not a problem for me.

Very clear picture at a very reasonable price, it works for me. Prompt delivery was a plus. I can recommend this monitor. Please note that I am not using it as a gaming monitor.

I had a 2007 HP 20 inch monitor and bought this monitor to use as a second monitor. It's good, it works, but the picture isn't as clear as the 2007 model. They also lowered the resolution, which gave me some trouble. The screen is also not 20 inches corner-to-corner, but 18.5. It's a good monitor for the price, but if you're used to an earlier version, you might be disappointed.

I bought it to turn my Macbook into a desktop computer. The monitor works great out of the box. Easy setup, vibrant colors and vivid display. A tip: Use a DVI connection. First I used a VGA connection and the text appears fuzzy and fuzzy. But once I hooked it up to a DVI connection, the text got a lot better. So if you experience motion blur on this monitor, make sure you switch to DVI.

A huge improvement over my previous LCD monitor, this one has a really sharp image and comes with auto adjustment software. The package includes all cables - you can ignore my forum post below - DVI, VGA, power and audio. I use external speakers so I can neither confirm nor deny other comments on speakers. This rating is for the picture only. The screen is very reflective, I can see my image very clearly when the screen is black, but it doesn't bother me.

This LCD monitor is exactly what the doctor ordered. The screen is bright, clear and just plain good. The glossy screen is just what I was looking for with good color saturation. I bought this monitor to replace my old bulky 17 inch monitor and it is GREAT! Image quality is excellent! I often work on family and friends' computers, so I just ordered a second monitor. It has been almost two years since I bought this monitor. I have been a very satisfied customer since the day of purchase. It has a built in speaker and I also plug in two extra speakers so it's a bit loud which I like. 20 inch screen is good. I would advise anyone considering buying this monitor to just buy it, you will never be disappointed.

The monitor resolution could not be adjusted easily from my Macintosh. The HiRes image didn't fill the screen and was distorted. On the plus side, Revain let me return it for free.

This HP LCD had good reviews and a great price. It's been a good buy so far. The style reminds me of the Apple iMac line and is just as shiny. Depending on the lighting conditions, you may need to adjust the angle to avoid reflections. There is no height adjustment, but that is not particularly annoying.

This screen is amazing! Although I'm using a VGA output (my laptop doesn't have a DVI output), this display is crisp and works fine with my HP Pavilion tx2000z (NVIDIA GeForce Go 6150 graphics card). It offers a parking space for the keyboard, which really helps to save space on your desk. The speakers are great too. I wish the speakers had more bass. Menu navigation could be better.

I bought my wife a new HP 2009M monitor for Mother's Day. It replaced a 17" LCD monitor from 5 years ago and is so brighter, sharper and with higher resolution that there is nothing else like it. My wife's hobby is digital photography and she likes widescreen and 1600 x 900 resolution when working in Adobe Photoshop. We installed a new monitor at noon on Mother's Day and she was so excited that she hardly left her computer for the rest of the day. Manufacturer. I highly recommend this model.

Great monitor! I like the way this HP looks. everything looks crisp and clear. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it's a bit flimsy. I wish it was a little more durable and that it stretches. Other than that, great value for money.
