So let me start with problems first, at first there were lines on my screen but it hasn't happened since. Another thing is the hinges on the Chromebook, one is good and the other sticks out which shouldn't be there but I think it might help with issues I've seen other reviewers have the hinges too loose because I have not weakened them. My daughter needed a Chromebook for school. After a great review I decided to jump on this one. And the man, I have to tell you, is very impressed. In the sense that I think I'll get the same. It's fast, it looks good and the battery life is very impressive. Even my daughter mentioned how much better it is than the ones at school.
