Toner cartridge Ordered at the end of October, installed a few weeks later. Within 6 weeks the cartridge says the toner is empty, although it usually lasts 6 months. Our office is paperless, so we don't print often. Since we missed the 30-day return period, there is no right of recourse.

Every time I've ordered from this seller I've been pleased to know that they shipped the item safe and sound next day (delivery in a few days) in a clean, beautiful box. I haven't had any problems so far and appreciate good service because when you run out of ink, time is of the essence.
