    The CORRECT product was sent this time

    The issue may have been resolved since my last order - correct product, ORIGINAL HP RETAIL, not OEM or counterfeit. Order should be in a few months - get well soon. Fast delivery this time and also a day earlier than the originally planned date

    Fake cartridge!

    Even though it looked like an unopened HP box, my printer doesn't use it because it thinks it's a counterfeit cartridge. Since I ordered 2 of these (the 1st was fine) I think the deadline to return it has passed. Considering they're over $100 each, I'm furious!

    Incorrect Product Description

    I have purchased this product 5 times. The first 4 times everything was fine, I ordered and received 2 packs. This time, however, it was not so. I ordered 2 packs as usual and paid $190.34 for 2 packs as before but this time I only received one cartridge. The packaging says it's for 2 packs and my invoice says it's for 2 packs, just like the product description. There is only one cartridge.

    Buyer Warning! It is not 2 cartridges as advertised!

    The product description clearly states two cartridges and the product image looks like the toner cartridges I always buy from Office Depot and the like. But there was only one in the box, despite the box itself saying "2 high-capacity cartridges". And the box doesn't look like an OEM. I contacted Revain.com. Their excellent customer service sent me a second one for free (which is why I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1). Nevertheless, at least the description of the topic needs to be changed.

    Buyers beware, there is a good chance you will only receive one cartridge.

    This is clearly described and costs like two cartridges. I should have read the reviews before buying but didn't think twice as it was sold direct by Revain. I received only one cartridge like the others. I spoke to Revain customer service and my only option was to return the cartridge I received for a replacement or refund. Update November 28, 2020: As mentioned above, I returned a cartridge for a refund. I recently reordered this item. Two cartridges were delivered this time as advertised…

    NOT 2 cartridges and NOT brand HP!

    I have just received this item. The description clearly says two cartridges. Its price is almost double the price of a cartridge. It is also clearly marked HP BRAND. But when I opened the box, the first surprise was the size of the box. It's small! It's small because it only has one cartridge. The side of the box says 2 cartridges - but 2 don't fit in the box!     DO NOT BUY - NOT AS RECOMMENDED

    NOT 2 toner cartridges as advertised! The listing says 2, the price is close to what I would normally pay for 2 and the box says 2, but it's clearly the same box that only fits 1 cartridge and I only have 1 cartridge receive. The price was so high that I was able to pay for 1 day shipping without spending more than usual for two separate toners. I was almost out of toner at the time of ordering and wanted one for the machine and one as a backup. I ordered delivery within 1 day and the cartridge
