The product description clearly states two cartridges and the product image looks like the toner cartridges I always buy from Office Depot and the like. But there was only one in the box, despite the box itself saying "2 high-capacity cartridges". And the box doesn't look like an OEM. I contacted Revain.com. Their excellent customer service sent me a second one for free (which is why I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1). Nevertheless, at least the description of the topic needs to be changed.
