This Chromebook was stubborn from the start. The scroll button sometimes works. You can never tell. Other functions work --- eventually. I've now passed the return window and lost $100. Not happy. Anne Needham

Really light and fast, suitable for my purposes as a student. I'm glad I switched from an old Lenovo laptop to a Chromebook. This type fits perfectly in a backpack or bag and doesn't add too much weight. I'm a little disappointed that the keys are the same dark gray as the rest of the laptop and not the ones in the photo, but that's a small aesthetic touch.

Bought for my kids, they seem happy, mainly used for homework and social networking. Things are good, high quality, thin, easy to carry in a backpack. So far I haven't heard any complaints from them. Because of their ability to destroy things, I was given an additional two-year warranty. If you have carefree teenagers, I suggest you take similar precautions.

It's only been a few weeks but I love my Chromebook. I actually bought two, one for me and one for my son. Great for what I need: creating Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, and browsing the web. My son loves the voice input feature. Decent price for a Chromebook too.

Ok this laptop is AWESOME! Lightning fast and very compact. The screen size is a bit smaller than I expected, but! It's more my fault. That's a great buy for $200! You will not be disappointed!

I bought this product 14 months ago for my daughter to use at school and so far it has worked well not starting even when it does connected to the mains and charged.

I love how fast this laptop is it's almost like my phone but everything on the internet is so much easier. Not suitable for people who need heavy apps, but you can use Chrome's Word and Excel apps for basic functionality.
