I don't think it's a touchscreen. My son broke his old chrome book while continuing to use the broken charger and eventually it stopped charging. So he had to use his own money to replace it. At ten he had Christmas bonus. This Chromebook was perfect. He uses it every day and it works great for him. I also like the parental controls that Microsoft allows, limit the websites visited, time limit, etc. Definitely recommend.

Bought for my wife who has serious problems with computers. He does exactly what she wants - gets her email with no problems. In addition, browsing the Internet is very easy. The item was well packaged and works perfectly. However, I could tell that it had been renovated, they could have cleaned it better. They should have hit the keys with more compressed air and cleaned the screen a little better. However, it was a big deal.

I was a bit hesitant to buy the 'upgradable' item but given the budget constraints I took a chance. All I can say is I'm glad I did it.
