I only bought this for video editing but it's used for everything else in the world too. It was a refurbished computer, I wasn't expecting much. Shipping was lightning fast (I don't have Prime). This is a refurbished computer, you will not receive a new one. but I have to say I'm impressed. I had an issue and they fixed it right away the same day. I definitely recommend this PC - if you buy it for video editing, you get as much RAM and SATA disk space as you can afford! It helps. :)

After I received the computer (which appears to be completely used) I'm not sure if anyone actually looked at it before it was sent to me. There was still a USB power adapter on the back of the device, scratches and sticky substances on the monitors, and most importantly, the image doesn't hit the monitors, so I can't say how it works. Very impressed with everything so far. The device, monitors, mouse and keyboard came in excellent packaging. No scratches, dents or scrapes! So far everything has exceeded my expectations. I was nervous about buying a refurbished device from a company that didn't have reviews, but I'm so glad I did.

I ordered this computer a month ago and this is the second time I have had a defective monitor. Definitely a good deal and everything seems to be working fine but I don't know what's wrong with the monitor, if it's tower related or if the supplier tests the hardware before shipping. I will have to email the seller a second time to return the monitor and get a new one. I also noticed that it wasn't packaged very well. When I received the box, a few tears flowed.
