Ultimate Laptop Security: A Lifesaver for your Device!

This accidental protection plan is a must-have for anyone who uses computers regularly. HP's protection plan ensures you'll feel secure knowing your device is covered in case of an accident. The easy-to-use service adds a layer of reassurance to your computing experience, especially if you're someone who relies on their computer for work. The only downside is the additional cost, but it's a small price to pay for the peace of mind that comes with secured protection.

Pros
  • High-performance i7 processor provides fast and efficient computing power.
Cons
  • Accidental protection coverage may require additional cost or premiums to maintain, adding to the overall cost of the product.

Paid for a new laptop and after 2 months the screen went blank. The battery lasts about an hour and a half when using the zoom. All in all I would not recommend this notebook. Paying over $700 and getting it is a disappointment. I was told I could send it back to the seller and they would fix it for free. But I don't trust them. I sent it back to HP. Paid for new laptop just to send it in for repair.

Pros
  • Great for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Expensive insurance

Constant problems - traditional laptops

This computer is generally good, but I've had constant problems with Bluetooth. I'm on Zoom all the time, but about a month after I bought the computer, something died with Bluetooth capabilities on my computer. Back then I couldn't use my headset with it, not even to listen to audio. After a lengthy process of sending my computer in for hardware repair and being without it for 2 weeks, it came back fixed. About 6 weeks later it happened again. I can only imagine that they found a temporary fix

Pros
  • Pleasant
Cons
  • Good, but not very good
