This computer is generally good, but I've had constant problems with Bluetooth. I'm on Zoom all the time, but about a month after I bought the computer, something died with Bluetooth capabilities on my computer. Back then I couldn't use my headset with it, not even to listen to audio. After a lengthy process of sending my computer in for hardware repair and being without it for 2 weeks, it came back fixed. About 6 weeks later it happened again. I can only imagine that they found a temporary fix or that there is an underlying problem that continues to break Bluetooth hardware. Anyway, I can't afford another 2 weeks without a computer, so I'll live with this problem. I was glad HP fixed the unforeseen problem but now it's happening again and obviously they haven't fixed it completely, I won't be buying from HP again.
