After I installed the cartridge, the printer told me that it was not a genuine HP product and was not compatible with my printer!

Purchased in December 2020, listed as compatible with OfficeJet Pro 8715 on this page and on the box (see photo). However, when installed in the printer, it shows that the cartridge is not compatible. This page and HP's website have since removed the 8715 from their list of compatible printers, but many consumers have stuck with the product, and many are still available in retail stores in the same packaging. Beware!

I ordered this cartridge on Wednesday and received it on Thursday. This is a higher capacity cartridge that we use in the printer for our Hunter leveling machine. It prints all day and this cartridge lasts a decent amount of time. I would recommend it.

I bought it in January 2020, then it clearly wrote that it was compatible with the HP Officejet Pro 8715. I kept it until I needed to use it and it looks like there was a firmware update and it's not compatible with my printer. The description has now been changed to not include this model of printer, but I was fooled.

Great quality but expensive! HP wants you to sign up for ink supply service and encourages this by offering a discount. I don't like subscriptions. If you rarely manage to get hold of a special offer, you have to reckon with high costs for "original HP cartridges".

My HP printer ate up all my ink, the ink is useless because HP products are terrible. It was probably both my printer and the ink as both were made by HP. I bought a new printer and will never buy HP again. Both useless and expensive

Needed a higher capacity black ink carriage and this solved the problem. I used the HP-952XL Black but this cart increases the number of pages you can get. I have used XL trolleys but this trolley really lasts longer than the standard black trolley. Good buy for me.
