Never worked! for printers and accessories

This cartridge never worked. I didn't have to open it right away as my printer was full, but when I tried to use it my printer didn't recognize it. This is the same product I had in my printer before. I will not buy from this seller again.

Just opened a new box; Black ink cartridge arrived empty

I only opened this ink cartridge today, brand new out of the box but there was no ink in it at all. The money must be returned to our account as this is not a cheap item. We ordered several but this one didn't have black.

False advertising - nothing was sent as described

I was afraid when I ordered these because the image is black ink - but the description is for cyan. I needed blue ink. I thought they used a picture for everything but the description would be correct. I received black ink, not cyan. ATTENTION - the description is not correct. I did not receive the paper as promised either.
