Bad battery πŸ”‹: Traditional laptops

Looks good, the backlit keyboard is easy to use. There is no touch screen. I just started using it, I need to master all new technology and computer skills. The last laptop was bought in 2011. I've had to deal with many different accessibility issues since all my data is now not just on the hard drive but uploaded to the cloud. I don't like random software having access to my data, it's hard to tell exactly what data is being used without my knowledge. The box was definitely damaged in…

Pros
  • Windows 10 Home 16.1 inch FHD display with 144Hz refresh rate
Cons
  • It worries me

Love this PC - my second HP Pavilion

This computer is a replacement for my main computer work computer. I now have a 1st gen Intel HP Pavilion 17 inch laptop which I still use as a backup computer. I've had no problems with it in the 10 years I've had it. I use my computers to create construction schedules with Oracle products and regular Windows Office programs. I also use Sketchup for 3D design and then rendering to photorealistic images. I find a very large screen and Nvidia graphics hardware essential. This is a great computer

Pros
  • Backlit Keyboard Wireless-AC Bluetooth 5.0 Dual B&O Speakers 3-Cell Lithium Ion Polymer DVD/CD drive not included
Cons
  • Some cons

Great car - don't expect great sound

I bought this unit after seeing how many good reviews it had about its hardware gave and how most games work . My only complaint is that the standard speakers are a far cry from what I was expecting. I have to crank the volume up to the max to hear most things in quiet environments for gaming and regular YouTube videos. I've played around with the sound settings and still nothing has changed. I just used a headset to bypass the default speakers. Disappointed, especially as this car is not cheap

Pros
  • Intel Core i5-10300H 2.5GHz, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660TI 6GB,
Cons
  • It's ok

Rugged Block, Best in Computers & Accessories

I bought this HP laptop because my old one had just become obsolete. I got HP because I'm comfortable with it and don't need to learn new quirks. I don't play a lot of games but this laptop does a great job. It has the speed and versatility to handle all tasks well for casual users. Very easy to set up. It wasn't loaded with many viruses. Looks good and the screen is great. I can upgrade to 12 or 16GB RAM which looks easy. I like the backlit keyboard, although I had to go into bios and increase

Pros
  • 8 GB DDR4 (2 slots), 512 GB SSD + 32 Optane
Cons
  • Functionality
