BROKEN SCREEN. in my rating

THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE. I PURCHASED THIS SCREEN AND IT WAS 3 WEEKS DELAY IN THE MAIL. IT WAS BROKEN AND WHEN I RECEIVED IT IT WAS TOO LATE TO TAKE IT BACK. I AM EXTREMELY ANGRY AND LOSING $80 ON THIS STUPID SCREEN.

This screen was just what I needed. I've never changed a computer screen and was surprised at how easy it was. The step by step video was perfect!

Ok but stuck pixel on arrival.

It works great and is exactly what I needed. My only complaint is that it came with a stuck pixel (not to be confused with a dead pixel). It's unlikely to be noticeable or affect performance, but I find it quite unprofessional to ship a product that is damaged, even if only slightly.

Replacement of defective screens

I finally got around to replacing the screen. I took it out of the box and installed it but found it torn! I wish I understood that two years ago when I ordered it. Left disappointed.

I was not disappointed. This screen arrived and was in excellent condition.

My 2.5 year old smashed my screen when I was filling his cup. My phone somehow ended up between the keyboard and the screen, and I'm guessing he jumped on it as he got out of my bed. I came to Amazon to find the lowest price but the best quality. I was not disappointed. This screen arrived in perfect condition and was extremely easy to install!

Works on HP 17 e118dx!

The screen arrived on time, the exchange took just over 30 minutes. It works great on my HP 17-e118dx. My previous screen was damaged due to Windex penetrating the circuitry and burning out the entire screen. I've learned never to do that again, but in a home with two kids I will still use this product in case something else happens in the future.

The screen swap was the easiest thing ever installed. I looked it up on YouTube and followed the detailed instructions I found. The hardest part was removing the small screws. The screen looks amazing and fits exactly as it should. The delivery was super fast. I would give 10 stars if I could!

Just the right LCD that's easy to swap out

The LCD I received was exactly as promised, 100% working and fitting perfectly with no dead pixels that I could see. The exchange process (to an HP G7-1070us laptop) was as easy as the YouTube videos cited in some of the other reviews here. Using a small Phillips screwdriver and tweezers, it took me no more than 35 minutes. Do not be afraid!
