🖨️ HP Q7551X Toner Cartridge - High Yield, Black Review

Warned by a previous check, I installed my cartridge shortly after receiving it to ensure it was working properly. This did not happen: instead of black writing, his darkest prints were about three-quarters black; and its mid-grays were almost invisible. I returned it for a full refund. The return process was simple and straightforward. I've never experienced that with HP LaserJet cartridges.

One of those cartridges didn't print at all but was full of ink. It was a waste of time. This company will not refund my money due to the 30 day return policy. But I ordered two for 13,000 and how the hell did I use 26,000 in one month. So, after 3 months, when the first one ended, I opened the second one and nothing. I have a feeling they might cater to this because you can't open them without using them or they dry out. If your product is good, this should never happen!

Ordered August 8th. Tried to use it yesterday (09/20) and the 'new' cartridge is defective. Revain won't take it back because it's been 30 days and it can't be returned to the Daily Deal Zone. Only once before had I bought a new HP cartridge (and I've probably bought a few hundred over the years) and it turned out bad. Boo Revain and Boo Daily Deal Zone. Buy another one now through Office Depot. At least I know where to get it back if something happens.

We opened it 42 days after receiving it (we order toner when we put the last one in) and it doesn't work. The pages are printed too light to read. I contacted the seller who apologized for any "inconvenience" but would not accept an exchange or refund my $168 as we are outside the 30 day return period.
