I bought this computer for my wife to use for her business. Out of the box, this is la. Mouse hesitates, websites have a lag loading, and I don't have any bookkeeping or bookkeeping software installed yet. I will remember this seller and will never buy anything from him again.

.You should replace the 4GB flash drive with an 8GB flash drive. Win 10 absolutely doesn't work with just 4, so factor that into your spending. Or buy the next model with 8GB installed.

It was easy to set up when it arrived and has been working great ever since. It was the perfect replacement for her old one. I needed a small computer to watch movies and TV. This computer is exactly what I needed and at a good price. It's not super fast. But it does what I needed it for. I connect it to the internet and a TV and I can watch DVDs, surf the internet or stream videos from anywhere on the internet. I am very happy with this purchase.

This is by far the worst purchase I've ever made in my entire life. HP should be ashamed of producing such nonsense. If dial-up Internet speed isn't enough for you, then this computer is for you. It's actually a lot slower than that. I can't even open three windows without the thing slowing down. The page may take up to a minute or two to load, or it may freeze and not load at all. I will buy from HP again.

Great computer for the average home user. I just don't play games so this was great for basic web search and work. My kids played with it and had no problems.

After 2 weeks one of the USB ports stopped working. I had a PC for 18 months that no longer works. The moment the PC boots up, it will display diagnostic recovery. I had to cancel a diagnostic test that had been running for 6 hours even though it kept saying it passed. That does not work. It was a waste of money.

I agree with the criticism that a new computer should NOT perform so poorly. The amount of noise from a hard drive processing something is annoying and renders it useless.
