HP should have the monopoly here. They will not allow regular or recycled cartridges to be used in their machines unless someone wants to try and be a surgeon to remove and replace the required "chip" each time! Too expensive

I bought this cartridge to have a reserve in case my current printer cartridge ran out of ink. Eventually it did, but 2 weeks later than the month allowed for a refund. This is a very expensive $180 long life cartridge. I warn everyone before buying until you know you can check the cartridge's performance immediately after purchase.

I have tried using non-genuine cartridges to save money but after the incredible frustration the chip from To remove the old cartridge and reinstall it, I decided it wasn't worth it. Also frustrating is the inaccuracy of the ink monitor on counterfeit cartridges. The price is outrageous, but my time and mind are valuable. so i will suck it.
