User Friendly and Full of Features for All Types

I like that you can do all your payroll needs with one program! It's easy enough so anyone who is familiar with computers could use it without much trouble at first glance. The interface isn't very intuitive or user friendly if someone has never used this type software before but once they understand how everything works there shouldn't be any problems using Payroll Manager Pro from Xero Accounting Software Ltd (XA). Great Customer Service!! Very Fast Response Times! Easy To Work With.They Even Offered To Help Troubleshoot My Problem Which Was No Fault Of Theirs.

I had a wonderful experience working with this company. They have great customer service skills and really make sure that customers get the best solution for them. In addition, the system works great and is easy to use. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who wants a system that will save them time and money. Great Customer Service!! Pros
  • Great customer service.
  • They provide excellent support when you call, via email or live chat.
  • They understand what we are trying to do, they don't try to sell us services and software that isn't needed.
Cons
  • I think they could improve their customer service by allowing users to be able to schedule appointments online.
  • Some of the functions may be difficult to navigate at first, but once you figure out how to use it, it's very intuitive.
