I like that they offer multiple options to assist with payroll processing as well has many reporting tools available in order create custom reports if needed at any given time! Not much dislike about this product other than some of their features could be more streamlined/organized within one single area rather then split into two different tabs (payroll & benefits). I like that they have a dedicated account manager who goes above and beyond to ensure that we receive excellent customer service. The customer support has been exceptional and the team never ceases to amaze me with their knowledge of the industry. Honestly, nothing at this time.
