At first we really liked this costume! After about 2 hours, the light randomly turned off when my child sat down or leaned forward, or only occasionally after a minute or less. I checked and checked the battery and light but the problem persisted throughout the day and during that night's tricks or treats. Very frustrating.

Terrible wiring! Right out of the box, this thing on the left didn't light up. It also only stays on for about 5 seconds and any movement turns it off. Also brand new batteries. Oh well! You send rockets and humans into space and think your technology can figure out how to make an LED toy work! Strange!

The reviewer said there are a lot of cables, but there are. The wires are very delicate and can easily be pulled out, so make sure you wrap the connection in electrical tape. Other than that, it was a great thing. It was bright and my daughter loved it. She got some compliments for that. We added goggles, they are not sold with the suit.

Bought this item a few months before Halloween everything worked great, put it back in my bag until the big night and bam. no light. Changed batteries several times. Poor wiring found where 3 wires were spliced and soldered, there was no insulation, wires were shorted. Unfortunately, even after soldering and installing heat shrink tubing to insulate the headlights, they stopped working.

Came as expected. Fits as expected. Easy to put on, fastens with Velcro on the back. My son will be 9 soon so he has room for a cold Halloween if needed. Considering the cost of the costumes in the Halloween pop up stores and compared to the 'famous brand' version of this costume, I am very satisfied. If it were the cost of a branded suit, yes there are minor things I would quibble about. But at this price everyone loved this suit on my son. My kid loved his costume and we should have had 20 or more extras for it. This is a one piece black jumpsuit with velcro closures at the back. It has a battery operated remote control (requires 2 AA batteries) that fits in a pocket (also closed with velcro).
