Works well, don't press too hard

Although they did their job and got 5 stars, the metal in the connectors is very thin and bends easily. I had to change the shape of a connector or two to ensure a good connection, but that is normal for these and even branded connectors.

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Hard to say

They work great though

The gray plastic clips connect perfectly with the original Honda clips but the other side of the cable was very difficult to attach to the speaker. too tight to press on the speaker I actually broke a speaker terminal so I had to tape it with black tape to protect it from grounding

Pros
  • Heavy duty
Cons
  • Nothing here

Just as good as the Metra

I bought these to fit 4 Polk DB652's on my 2003 Honda Element. I forgot that I ordered a set of similar (and more expensive) Crutchfield brand Metra connectors along with the speakers. So I ordered these plugs from Revain because, as you know, Prime shipping. After comparing them to Metra, I decided to use them. The quality wasn't any better.

Pros
  • handy
Cons
  • Something else

Good for the price.

I was looking to replace the door speakers in my Honda Element and I didn't want to cut and splice the wires in the first place because they are short. None of the stores near me had connector harnesses for my car, so I ordered them. They fit perfectly and did their job. The ends going to the speaker were a bit tight so I had to pry them off a bit with a knife but after that it was fine.

Pros
  • Handsfree
Cons
  • Out of fashion

Also purchase speaker mounting adapters for quick and easy installation.

Perfect fit for quick and easy replacement of stock Honda speakers. I also bought speaker adapters that hold the speakers. Attached the speaker to the mounting adapter, connected the wiring adapter, loosened 2 screws to remove the door panel and within minutes the speakers were installed and working with no soldering or changing the stock car wiring.

Pros
  • Slim design
Cons
  • Disappear

I have 2 sets for my Accord and Civic and oh my god they are insanely tight and the flex will bend the goddamn pins on your speakers. 8 speakers from JBL and Kenwood and it didn't matter if the connectors were too tight. Like a few tens of pounds of pressure is too tight. Take a small flat head screwdriver and loosen them before trying because although they are cheap they are stronger than the speaker contacts and can damage them.

Pros
  • Very impressive
Cons
  • Mostly good but...
